Adrian has over 25 years of executive experience, property development, and asset management, real estate investment, and business start-up experience. Over the years, Adrian owned and operated numerous multi-million dollar successful businesses. He holds a B. A. in Organizational Management and has a vast amount of experience in corporate operations. His ability to develop and manage companies qualifies him as our expert in managing our business holdings.

Dense is a Senior Sales Executive with a successful track record of more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience that includes high-profile leadership positions and recognized sales achievement in the financial, medical, and hospitality industries.
Denise specializes in forming strategic alliances and programs that add value to the customer relationship. Prior to joining WoodFalls, Denise nurtured key relationships and engineered partnerships that led to significant revenue growth. She is currently in charge of overseeing the sales team at WoodfFalls on all projects and all marketing campaigns that include current and future projects.
In his 20+ years of progressively responsible construction management experience, David has consistently demonstrated excellence in all phases of homebuilding. From design through building finishes, his track record of delivering quality homes is second to none. As a Master Builder, David gained experience in a high volume setting for multiple national re-known builders. He has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin.
Heather has been in the home building industry for nearly two decades. Her outgoing personality, positive attitude, and strong communication skills have enabled her to develop relationships with the City and County officials, subcontractors, suppliers, and field trades. Heather understands the importance of time and can organize all aspects of the construction process, taking a home from contract to completion in a timely manner. Adept at managing several projects at the same time, maintaining adequate contact with vendors, and organizing active purchase orders.
